Stop Smoking Side Effects and Common Withdrawal Symptoms

5. Constipation. When you stop smoking be sure to start eating foods that are rich in fiber and drink plenty of water and fluids so you won't have any bowel movement problems.

Stop smoking side effects and withdrawal symptoms are not that bad. A few minutes of discomfort should not be a reason for you to return to your bad habit. You just need to relax and focus on your goal of being able to quit once and for all.
